- Schedule & Budget Creation – working closely with the Directors we will:
- Plan and create the draft channel schedule
- Ascertain the percentage split between all programme types
- Creation of full production budgets
- Programme Formats – creation and production template design:
- In-house, commissioned and acquired content Recommendations
- The look and feel document for each programme strand – how many items and duration, visual look
- Graphics for programme idents recommendations
- Advice on production logistics
- Acquisition, In-House and Commissioned:
- Acquisition and licensing of programme content
- Identify and commission external productions
- Plan in-house content, production work flows
- Structure the key management team
- Planning of the Studio / OB Crews
- Programme placing
